Salad Pizza

Forever obsessed with Salad Pizza! It's light but always satisfying. This is my go-to recipe.

Ingredients:
  • 1 ball (about 22 oz) of store-bought pizza dough

  • 1/4 cup pre-prepared pesto

  • 4 - 5 cups chopped romaine (1 7oz package)

  • 1 small red onion, chopped

  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes

  • 3/4 cups low moisture mozzarella chopped

  • 3/4 cups artichoke hearts, chopped

  • 1 cup pepperoni, chopped

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 450

  • Shape the pizza dough and lay it on a baking sheet covered in parchment

  • Spread pesto over pizza dough

  • Bake for 12 - 15 minutes

  • Allow pizza crust to cool completely

  • Meanwhile assemble the chopped salad

  • Top salad with your desired amount of balsamic and olive oil, plus salt and pepper OR your dressing of choice

  • Top cooled crust with the salad
