Foil Wrapped Summer Vegetables

EASY
This is the best way to cook any vegetable in the summer. You can do it on the grill or in the oven. They turn out perfect every time.
Ingredients:
1 lb of washed and cut asparagus (or any veggie, see note)
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
1/2 lemon juiced
1-2 tbs olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
NOTE: adjust cook time depending on your vegetables. For asparagus, peppers, broccoli, etc 15 minutes will be perfect; For Potatoes increase to 30 minutes
Preheat oven to 350
Place vegetables in a single layer on a large sheet of foil
Sprinkle dill, olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper
Wrap foil tightly and bake for 15 minutes
