Halloween Candy Oat Bars

Ever wonder what you should do with all of that extra Halloween candy? We’ve got you covered! These Halloween Candy Oat Bars are so fun to make, and can be personalized to incorporate your fave trick or treat candies…


  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 stick cold butter, cubed
  • 1 1/2 cup Kraft Caramels
  • 2 tbs heavy cream
  • Halloween Candy of Choice


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line an 8×8 baking tin with parchment paper
  • In a food processor, combine the oats, flour, brown sugar, baking soda, and butter; pulse until crumbs begin to form
  • Empty the crumbs into the baking dish and use your palm to pack down to make a crust; pop in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown; set aside to cool
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the caramels and heavy cream; whisk occasionally until all the caramel has melted
  • Pour the caramel over the crust, making sure it is even; while the caramel is soft, push the Halloween candies into the bars; allow to cool in the fridge for 30 minutes before slicing!
