The Spiga Mojito

A few summers ago we had THE BEST mojito at Spiga in New Canaan, CT. The secret? Crisp Sauvignon Blanc replaced the traditional white rum. Light and refreshing, here is the BBTP version of The Spiga Mojito!


  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon agave, or to taste
  • 1 cup chilled Sauvignon Blanc
  • 1/2 cup club soda
  • Ice


  • Combine the mint, lime, and agave into a small pitcher and muddle with the back of a spoon
  • Add the chilled wine and club soda
  • Serve on top of lots of ice in a big wine glass (serves 2)
