  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 stick salted butter
  • 2 tbs cream cheese
  • 2 tbs Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees & line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Evenly lay each square of pizza dough leaving 2 inches of space in-between; brush with olive oil

  • In a skillet over medium low heat, add a dash of olive oil, the peppers, onions, salt and pepper; Cook for 5 minutes until the veggies are well seasoned and slightly soft; Set aside
  • In a sauce pan, combine the heavy cream, butter, cream cheese, parmesan and garlic powder; cook on low until the ingredients have melted and combined
  • Remove the crusts from the oven; Spread some of the white sauce on each before topping with the veggies and shredded cheese
  • Pop the pizzas back into the oven for 5 minutes until the top layer of cheese has melted, and enjoy!
