Crab Toasts


  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 2 tbs butter
  • Salt + Pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbs fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 tbs fresh basil, minced
  • 8 oz. jumbo lump crab meat


  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees, and lay the sliced baguette on a baking sheet; spread butter over each slice and sprinkle with sea salt
  • Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown
  • In a bowl, use a fork to break up the crab meat; Stir in the mayonnaise, garlic, juice from the lemon, herbs, salt and pepper to taste
  • Top each toast with the crab salad and enjoy immediately
